Bring the practice of gratitude into your daily life with this two-week journey inspired by our Gratitude Journal.
Gratitude is a pillar of mindfulness that enriches our lives and allows us to open up to the abundant joys in life, both big and small. Although, practicing gratitude isn’t always easy. Our default frame of mind is often to focus on the things we want to change instead of appreciating what’s here now. With this self-paced gratitude journey, we hope you’ll join us in making gratitude a habit. In the calendar below, you’ll find prompts and quotes to inspire reflection, practices and articles from some of our foremost mindfulness teachers, and sneak peeks from The Gratitude Journal by Mindful, available on newsstands and in our online shop as of November 23.
The Gratitude Journal
For the past year, the team at Mindful has been hard at work putting together a special edition that stands out from the rest: The Gratitude Journal. In its pages, you’ll learn what the latest scientific research says about gratitude and the many benefits it has to offer, heartfelt personal essays, and guided meditations from leading mindfulness teachers. Plus, part of what makes this issue so special are the many invitations to engage with the content. Between the stories and practices, we’ve included space to create with prompts and coloring pages to help inspire reflection.

We hope you enjoy these opportunities to journey into the heart of gratitude and that you find space to tune in to the moments, big and small, that nourish your heart.
